The Layering Guide

Stack like a chemist.

Every AULA formula is pH-balanced and compatibility-tested — you can layer any combination, in any order. But here's the order we'd build it in.

Morning stack

  1. 01
    Hydra Boost Mist

Prep. 2 sprays on a clean face.

  2. 02
    Vitamin C Bright

First active. Slows melanin, amplifies SPF.

  3. 03
    HA Hydrate

Hydration anchor. Locks the active layer in.

  4. 04
    Barrier Repair Cream

Lock-in. On lighter days, skip and go straight to SPF.

  5. 05
    SPF (your own)

Always last in the AM. Non-negotiable.

Evening stack

  1. 01
    Cloud Foaming Cleanser

    Reset. Pat almost dry.

  2. 02
    B5 Calm or Niacinamide Clear

Calm or clarity, depending on the day.

  3. 03
    Peptide Firm or Exosome Restore

Treatment. Peptides for firming, Exosomes for recovery.

  4. 04
    HA Hydrate

Lock the treatment layer in with hydration.

  5. 05
    Barrier Repair Cream

Seal. Especially on retinoid or active-heavy nights.

The three rules

  1. Thinnest to thickest. Watery serums first, creams last. Gravity and absorption do the rest.
  2. Hydration is a multiplier. The HA layer pulls the actives above and below it deeper. It's not optional.
  3. Skip the Vitamin C at night. It's an AM active by design — pair it with SPF to compound the antioxidant work.
