Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing errors.

Shipping & returns

We ship within the timelines shown at checkout. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days; opened products are eligible if they caused a reaction, subject to review.

Insiders Lab

Points and rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be adjusted or expired in line with the program rules. Tiers and multipliers are subject to change.
