A "Dalton" is just a unit of weight for molecules. Larger HA molecules (around 2 million Daltons) are too big to sink in, so they sit on top of skin and form the smoothing, plumping film. Smaller HA fragments (around 3,000 Daltons) are small enough to reach deeper layers, where they hydrate from below and stimulate your skin's own HA production. Most HA serums use one molecular weight. This one uses the full spectrum — every depth of your skin gets the right size of HA.
